This role requires close collaboration with the Group HR team and working according to a group-wide approach. You will participate in developing the Group HR strategy and implement it in Lithuania.
You will partner with managers to support business results, ensure alignment with Group HR processes, and contribute to consistent HR practices across all 3 countries.
You will lead the Lithuanian HR team (currently 3 team members).
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with HR team members across the Group to ensure consistent HR practices and service delivery. Support leadership development in line with the Group HR strategy.
Drive and implement Group HR initiatives, including values-based management, performance management, talent management, HR systems (HiBob, Teamdash, StaffLogic), eNPS, compensation reviews, learning and development, internal communication, events, and employer branding.
Develop and maintain country-specific HR policies. Partner with managers and key employees to communicate and implement them. Ensure alignment with Group HR processes and governance standards.
Lead and support the Lithuanian HR team.
Manage recruitment projects for office and managerial positions and support onboarding.
Oversee employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Act as the HR systems superuser in Lithuania (HiBob, TeamDash, StaffLogic). Support HR system implementation and development in line with Group HR strategy and local needs.
Drive culture and employee experience initiatives. Promote diversity and inclusion and support the development of high-performing teams.

3+ years of of experience in a team lead or managerial HR role, preferably in retail, banking, telecom, or another fast-paced operational environment.
Strategic thinking, with readiness to collaborate with the Group HR team, and the ability to bring strategy to life at the local level.
Ability to partner with managers to support business goals and translate HR strategy into practical actions.
S
olid understanding of local labor law and HR best practices.
Experience supporting organizational change and implementing new HR initiatives.
Strong skills in culture building, full-cycle recruitment, employee experience, and employee relations.
Experience working with HR digital tools and systems (HRIS, recruitment, etc.).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
