Your responsibilities will include:
Identify and develop compelling earned media angles in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Plan and manage PR projects from concept to execution and e
nsure consistent brand representation across all media coverage and communication channels.
Create media-ready stories, press materials, and narratives aligned with brand positioning.
Manage incoming journalist requests and coordinate timely responses.
Prepare internal spokespeople for interviews, including briefing materials and key messaging.
Plan and coordinate paid PR articles in cooperation with media partners.
Align paid PR content with SEO strategy and digital visibility goals.
Manage Lithuanian-language advertising content for the Elesen brand.
Ensure all communications follow the brand’s tone of voice and messaging guidelines.
Maintain consistency of brand identity across campaigns, channels, and formats.

2–4 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing project management roles.
Proven experience planning and executing PR projects, including both earned media and paid media collaborations.
Hands-on experience creating PR content, such as press releases, media stories, articles, or interview materials.
Experience working with media outlets, including handling media inquiries and coordinating interviews.
Experience managing marketing or communication campaigns involving multiple stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, partners, or retail locations).
Good understanding of media landscape and content formats suitable for different communication channels.
Previous experience in retail, consumer brands, media, or communications agencies is considered an advantage.
