Your responsibilities will include:

Manage day-to-day operations of small courier teams in Vilnius and Kaunas.
Developing and adjusting staff schedules based on operational needs.
Monitor courier performance and implement efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with retail teams to increase sales of delivery and installation services in stores.
Adapt delivery service packages based on market and customer feedback.
Plan and coordinate delivery operations.
Prepare and manage claims related to damaged or lost shipments with parcel delivery partners.
Oversee demonstration unit management.
Administer the disposal of damaged or defective goods.
Prepare paid repair offers under the internal aftersales program.
Manage and process customer purchase returns.

Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
Experienced in operations, logistics or retail operations.
Managed or coordinated courier, delivery or service teams.
You have planning and scheduling skills, with the ability to adapt to changing operational demands.
Able to collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with retail, sales, and aftersales teams.
You are strong in organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable using standard office and operational tools.
