We are looking for an energetic and experienced Learning & Development Partner who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training activities - especially in product, sales, and onboarding areas. This role combines administrative coordination with hands-on training and aligns with the Group’s training strategy while adapting to local needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare materials and deliver product, sales and customer service trainings as an in-house trainer.
• Lead and manage the onboarding process and mentorship programs.
• Customize training content and manage the Learning Management System.
• Collaborate with the Group Learning & Development Manager from Estonia and other departments in Baltics to ensure strategic alignment.
Develop and implement the local training plan in alignment with Group L&D strategy and standards.
Coordinate various training formats: classroom, online, internal, external, and e-learning.
Collect, analyze, and report on training feedback and outcomes to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Higher education, preferably in business, psychology, education, or a related field.
Good command of English (at least B2).
Experience in organizing trainings or delivering product presentations is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of home electronics and a strong interest in product innovations.
Ability to analyze training outcomes and assess their effectiveness.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments and countries.
Familiarity with training technologies and tools is preferred.
